2004 fx4 transmission type and clutch band
Anybody know what kind of transmission is in my 2004 f150 fx4 (5.4). And also can by chance tell me how to tighten the reverse clutch band. Thank you a head of time for any help.

4R75E and the bands are not adjustable.
