Your wheels are centered on your hub using the center bore of the wheel not the lugs.

So it would probably be better to get a wheel that is hub centric versus a wheel that is not hub centric? What problems would you have if the wheel wasn't hub centric?

On a lug centric wheel, the weight of the vehicle is solely on the lug studs. So if you hit a hard enough bump in the road it could shear the studs.

Ok thanks for the info, I will definitely get hub centric wheels then since some of the terrain I go on maybe a little rough. Thanks for the help!

I've not had good luck with aftermarket wheels fitting on my cars in the past. For this reason I just scored up some FX4 wheels and blacked them out. Very happy. No fitment issues and they fit like....stock
