I changed my fuel filter this past weekend, and i must say i def notice a difference in gas mileage. AS well as better throttle response and faster acceleration. I couldnt believe the difference in before and after.

I bought this truck used last may and it had a couple problems. one was the fuel pump module went on it back in December and still had that same surge at 80 but now with these new plugs it has yet to happen, so I'm hoping that was all it needed.

Probably so. I changed my plugs and cop's last spring and it ran great after. Im starting to get a little bit of rough idle at times but not all the time. It seems to run better when i put seafoam in the tank though. I usually run 87 in it and im sure thats a part of the problem
