Default 2004 ford f 150 spare tire

Last night my dad's 04 f150 got a flat so I jacked it up put it on a Jack stand removed the tire and waited to put on the spare today.. well I found the tire changing kit but there was only the Jack no lug nut wrench or ext with the key to lower the spare also the key hole by the licence plate ( the whole cylinder) was removed I tried everything but I couldn't get anything to fit or it would and be to small to turn the winch. Any way to rig a homemade one? Thanks in advance!

Ps the key looks to be square

Probably best to go to a wrecker and find a truck that still has the full kit under the seat.

All you need is a 20" extension (1/2" drive) and ground down the end a little. Works great

You can also use a length of 7/16 key stock and the corresponding twelve point socket to get it down. I would suggest the wreckers to find a replacement for the kit. My lock cylinder was seized and the receiving tube for the winch wasn't aligned from a body lift, so i know what a PITA it can be when you need to get the tire down
