Question 2004 f150 wont start in warm weather! what is wrong?

Hello. I have a 2004 F150 and since the weather has been getting nicer I have been having problems. My truck will not start if it is too warm. I had the starter replaced a few months back and had no problem for about 45 days. then as it got warmer it started. I took the truck back in and they checked out the starter and said it want the new starter. My mechanic thinks it is either the aftermarket security alarm going out and not letting it start because it thinks there is a security issue or the aftermarket remote start going and effecting the ability to start. It doesn't turn over and acts like a truck would if the starter was bad(all electronics work just doesn't crank). Yet at night or on a cool day or if I was able to park in the shade it starts right up. I thought maybe a thermostat issue or maybe even a bad air filter. Can someone help?
