Default wiring, signals, mirrors!!! help

So I got new mirrors that have turn signals in them (always wanted em) the truck didn't have em stock! So the signals don't light up when I put the blinker on, how simple/difficult is it to make them work? I REEEEEALLLY want them to work! Any help would be really appreciated!

First i would make sure you have the wires in the door connector for signals...you should but it is worth a look. I didnt have signals on mine either and I had the wires in the door already. I had to switch a pin on the connector on the door in order to get my tow mirrors to work so it is probably the same for you. You can look at the connector on the door and look into the connector on the mirrors to see if they match up.

Should be a pretty simple, 1-wire hookup. Stock harness should have a ground that you can swap to match a ground pin on the mirror plug. Then just tap a single wire into your front turn signal wire and match it to the pin on the mirror that wants that signal. Hardest part will be running the wire to keep the install looking clean.
