Default 2004 f150 ratteling under truck

Ok my f150 has a rattling noise under it. I can hear it going down the road. And when its in drive. I can still hear it but not as bad when its in neutrul. And when i shut the door it rattles. So makes me thing its comin from the somewhere in the exhaust area. What do you all think?

I had the plastic oil deflector under the oil filter, over the steering rack rattle. Wedged a small piece of foam under it and silenced that slight rattle.
I suggest getting under there and start bumping things to find it.

Usually a rattle at idle is a heat shield somewhere, or a loose running board. As stated above, pretty easy to just crawl under or lift it while running, and start poking around.
