posi = limited slip. more than likely you have an XLT? 2WD? (all the info on the truck helps) If that's you're truck, then you have a non-limited slip diff, i.e. Back Right Tire only works. Swap it out and there ya go!

What axle code is listed on your door sticker?

Also, how many miles on the truck?

I thought the same thing when i went a secluded road to burn off a bit of tread on my old tires before putting on new ones...turns out you have to load up the rear end with more rpms before you let off of the brake, you should actually feel the rear of your truck lift a bit as both sides begin to spin. It is not a true locked rear end. But it will lay down both treads on pavement given the right amount torque and favorable conditions.

You wouldn't happen to be doing this in a highschool parking lot by any chance, would you? Do you pay for tires or does your dad? Stop worrying about how many black marks your truck makes...
