Default 2004 f150 not getting fuel

I have a 2004 f150 new body style that's not starting. It's getting spark( it would start with starting fluid). I changed the fuel pump driver module, checked every fuse I could think of but still not getting fuel. The truck was running fine one day(it was raining). Then the next morning it wouldn't start. I can't hear the pump when I turn the key. I've checked all the wiring and it all seems fine but water had pooled up along the doors under the trim, soaking the wires, then froze. Right now I'm trying to melt the ice then see what happens. I don't think it's the pump because when the battery got real low then I could hear it kick on. I really need help with this if anyone has any ideas.

crawl under the back of the truck and find the fuel pump driver modulle, remove it and inspect the housing.

They have been corroding and letting the circuit boards get contaminated, causing a no fuel situation.

There are aftermarket drivers from Dorman Products that have revised mounting hardware to space the module off the frame to prevent this, IIRC the replacement FOrd part is similarly modified.
