i have an 04 f150 and im looking to delete the cats but idk what to do.....what do u do with the oxygen sensor or is there a way to hollow it out and still make the 02 sensor function properly. can anyone help??? i have a diablo sport tuner if that could help

You weld your O2 sensor in.You cannot hollow it out or you wont pass emissions

keep your o2 sensors in about the same position as stock and it shudnt cause a check engine light. it did that with my 01 and havent had any problems but im not as sure of the sensitivity of the 04+ systems

anyone know were i can get 02 simulators for them so i dont need to screw around woth 02 sensor cause i heard on the newer trucks it throws a check engine light and puts it in limp mode or lint mode

Why don't you just delete the rears (after both O2's) and put high flows on the front. It will actually runn better then strait piped.
