Default 2004 F150 FX4 Engine Stalls With Heavy Braking

Hey Everyone, I'm new here and just bought my F150 about 3 months ago. I love it. I've had a couple minor issues (blower motor resister and VCT solenoid) with it. It has about 126K. My problem is when I'm braking heavy, the engine stalls and when im not braking heavy the RPM's still drop to about 250. Has anyone else had this problem? It seemed to start after i disconnected the batter to rest my check engine light. Thats when i nocticed it anyway... Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

The check engine light was on because of the VCT solenoid. That was the only code that it gave me.

I'm almost wondering if I need to get everything flashed again... I wonder if it loses updates when I disconnect the batter?
