Default 2004 F150 Electrical Issues

Hello,
Just bought an 04 F150 at a discount due to some issues that Im in the process of resolving. As it currently sits, the dash gauges, CD/Radio, and windows do not work. The seller said it was diagnosed by a dealer as an issue with the PCM, the truck runs and drives great otherwise so I am questioning this as I would think a PCM gone bad would make it run poorly or not at all. Anything else I should check? I went through all the fuses in the passenger side kick panel fuse board and all appear to be good. Would a bad PCM cause this? Don't want to spend the money if it could be a simple relay or fuse somewhere I haven't checked. Thanks

Solved the majority of the issue, got the gauges, power windows, radio to work. Now Im still tracking down an issue with the AC/Heat system. In not getting any power, no backlighting or anything, to the climate control system. Any idea on fuses/relays to check for that? Also, is there a way to go about checking the amount of miles on the truck other than the odometer? I believe there is an issue with it and am wondering if I can scan the ECU or something as another measure of determining mileage. The title from the previous owner says 82,137 miles and it was issued in January of this year as actual mileage. Now the odometer is reading 183,000+ miles. Over 100k miles is quite a lot for 9 months...Thanks

If you can find someone with high end diagnostic equipment ie Snapon Modus you should be able to find the mileage that way. Is it possible that it the PCM has been changed by prior owner?
