I can turn off the key, open the driver door, or any door and the dome lights will not turn on and the radio will not shut off until the 10 minute timer shuts everything down. When I open the door for the first time, the dome lights will not turn on. Everything else in the truck works fine. Any suggestions? Is there a relay that is not being triggered?

When yo go to turn your truck back on do you have any issues with your gauges? Any dash lights come on, gauges sweep, or stay zeroed out?

The reason I ask is mine would do the same issues but my gauges also acted up intermittently. I ended up with a dead battery a few times, and it ended up being a short in my cluster.

No, I can turn it back on and everything is normal, except the dome light doesn't turn on.

I tried this as well, hoping it would work, no luck.
I need to find out where the switch power comes from, I have a feeling that a fuse or relay is not working correctly. I appreciate the link, thanks.

Its probably a faulty door latch switch. The truck is seeing the door as closed all the tim r.
