Default 2004 F150 A/C Water leak not solved

The AC has been leaking on my 2004 F150 Supercab for a long time as evidenced by the stains on the carpet on the passenger side. I bought the truck for my son in November. I installed the rubber elbow on the drain line per the TSB and also blew out the line. It still leaks and soaks the carpet whenever you run the AC.....

Ideas?

Are you certain it's from the ac? If so, and it's leaking onto the driverside, then the drain might be broken internally. I haven't taken the dash apart, but there has to be some type of drip pan. It may be disconnected from the drain tube.

The evaporator (inside the cab) is what creates the water that drains. This evap housing may have a crack, allowing the water to drain towards the drivers compartment instead of all of it making it to the drain tube.

This most likely will be a huge PITA to get to, in locating the crack.

Yeah, it only leaks when you use the AC. There is no drops from the housing, it must be leaking between the housing and the firewall....

Ok, makes more sense now. It really seems like you're just going to have to take the dash apart to find it.
