Default 2004 F150 Blower Fan Motor

Can someone describe how to replace the fan motor? I sure it is the fan motor and not the resistor.

sorry to grave dig this thread but I'm having trouble removing my blower motor out of my 07. it seems too tall to pull out, it just runs into the floor once i have it unbolted and loose.
