Default 2004 f150 5.4l misfire

Ok Ive done little reading on here and seen some post about the same just few different details

Few months ago I started to notice every time I was driving up hill I would notice it would misfire a little, well it got worse over time and now it misfires in multiple cylinders here are the codes p0300, p0302, p0306, p0316, p0355, p0356, p0357, p0171, p0174
I changed spark plugs with motorcraft plugs and replaced all the coils, air filter and fuel filter nothing fixed my issue I clear the codes and as soon as I start driving the check engine light is back on but one thing I noticed the other day was I drove it to work (170 miles round trip) it would run like crap for first 15-20 miles then would clear it's self with no codes until I would get to town and codes would be right back on, I'm wondering if maybe my battery has a bad cell in it because it will start my truck but if I leave a light on for 1 minute battery is dead wondering if maybe I'm not getting proper power to the coils and injectors and I forgot to mention I took out injectors and cleaned them they all worked and sprayed good any advise would be great

Well sounds like you need to have the battery and alt tested. Systems not having the proper voltage can cause all kinds of problems.

So I think I found a issue I took off air intake and throttle body and noticed it was dirty so I cleaned it then I looked into my intake and noticed it has some fluid in the bottom looks like antifreeze but not sure has anyone had any problems like this or know what I should repair?
