Default 2004 F150 5.4 light acceleration (edge) problem

I have a 2004 5.4. It seems to have a slight bump in either the TQ or Tranny on light accelerations. Its a simple *bump* when i touch the pedal. It showed after I put my edge evo in on level 2. Anyone else see this or what could be the issues. I have new plugs and new COPS.
thanks

What fuel are you running? I know level 2 and up on edge is like 89 and up

I run mine on level 2 with 87 as well; but I'm pretty sure it calls for 89.

Is it a bump or dead spot? Is it happening only when you apply more/slight pressure to the pedal, or also on inclines when you maintain the same pressure and it should downshift?

Only on slight petal increase, I don't notice it on hills. It feels similar to the dead COP bump that I had when I bought the truck but not nearly as severe.

I will put some 89 in today and see if it helps but my book states 87+ so I assume 87 is fine?

It says 87+ for a reason so who knows, i strictly run 87 only but i use only level 1 on my edge. (not trying to sound rude)
No codes come up?

Nope no codes and it only seems to do it in the 40mph range.
