Unhappy 2004 F-150 won't start below 30F, cranks fine

Good friend's truck won't start when tempurature gets below about 30F. Cranks ok, fuel pressure is within specs. Several codes are gathered w/KOEO test, unfortunetly I forgot to right them down when I left the shop last night. P0606, P0622, other codes deal with throttle actuator, and various tempurature readings out of range. At times engine will start but only run for about a 2 seconds, ses light comes on and one of the codes deals with forced shutdown. Will gather other codes later and post then. New to this forum. 25yrs as technician, (not on only fords) Owned my own shop for about 10 yrs now, This problem is ridiculous! Thanks in advance for any help u guys can give.

Codes are as follows: P0121[tp circuit a range/performance], P0606 PCM processor fault], P1000[incomplete (means nothing)], P1184[oil temp out of range], P1235[fuel pump control out of range], P1288 Cyl. head temp out of range], P1711 TFT out of range], P2105[TAC forced engine shutdown]. This truck will run perfectly if the temp. gets to around 30F today. I am assuming that the temp out of range codes are because self test is being done far below normal operating temp. Just hoping someone has ran into this before.

Given that this only occurs during a temperature extreme - wondering if the connections to the computer are clean and secured, or perhaps a common power feed or common grounding problem.
