Default 2004 F-150 Anti-theft problem

I'm writing this for my dad. He has a 2004 F-150 and the anti-theft is causing him problems. About a month ago the horn went off LATE one night and he was able to finally stop it by disconnecting the battery. Today Easter Day, they went out to eat-got back in the truck and the horn started going crazy again. He tried to disconnect the battery. as long as waiting 20mins. he said but it still blowed. I told him to take the horn fuse out-he did and the horn stopped that way so he was able to drive home. Does anyone know why this is happening now and what should he do to fix this. He said he was going to sell it but he's just alittle well ALOT mad right now with it. Any Help with this?

He could have a problem with the PCM, either one of the door latches, or a few other components. Best bet is to take it to the dealer to have them diagnose the problem. Then he can decide to have it fixed or sell it. Either way, I do not anticipate a terribly expensive fix.
