Default 2004 f-150 5.4 electric throttle body questions

I have a 2004 f-150 FX4 four door with the 5.4 3valve. I replaced the timing chains, phasers, and vvt solenoids and when I started it up when done I have no response when pushing the throttle. I got the little wrench light and checked codes. When I first checked codes I had P0121, p1000, p2100, p2104, p2107, and p2110. I then checked all connections to the etc and tps and I have continuity but I'm not sure of the test procedures so I bought a new etc which came with new motor and tps. It still doesn't work and now I have a few new codes. They are p0121,p0505, p1000, p1184, p1288,p2100, p2104, p2107, and p2110. Can anyone help me find a solution or point me in the right direction, I'm using a snap on solus ultra to get codes and I'm definitely not a novice so id like to get technical and work out a solution, but this ones got me stumped. The engine starts and runs but stumbles a little at idle. Could it be the pcm? Did I mess up timing ? Please help! Thank you, Jesse

Have you traced the harness from the throttle body to the pcm looking for anywhere it may have been pinched? Also, have you inspected the pins on the pcm connectors to make sure they are all straight so they can make good connections?

Yes all looks good, I tested continuity on the two wires that go to the etc from the pcm and both have good continuity, but, they both have the same signal as in if I touch the blue wire I have the same signal on the orange wire. Is this right or should I have two separate signals. This is only when I have the harness plug plugged into the etc, once I unplug it it goes back to two signals as in one per wire

Sounds like something is still unplugged.
