Default 2004 Extended Cab...good deal?

Hello all new to these forums!

Looking at buying my dads f150, 2004 extended cab 5.4 4x4 XLT 75K miles. truck is in excellent shape and is bone stock. he wants $13,000 for it. I told him the only way i would buy it is if he had the plugs changed before i bought it.

need to get out of my Chevy Colorado. God i hate that truck, besides its a 2.8L single cab RWD...yuk

Would he trade you striaght up for your Colorado? Ha.
IMO... good miles but price seems at least $2k high for an '04 XLT supercab.

Try and talk him down on that price a little bit but keep in mind those plugs won't be cheap for him to change so you may be better off talking him down on price then getting the plugs changed yourself and spend less money in the long run i.e he will be more likely to lower the price more without the added cost of the plug change plus you can do it yourself with the right equipment. All that being said, however, I think the price is a little high.

Just got him down to $11,000 and we'll go 50/50 on the plugs. Sounds like a deal to me!

I thought $13000 sounded fair if the plug job was included, but that's even better!
