If like to see some body lifts. Is this something that is simple to do? At the most, I may go 3 inches high. What is all invovled in doing this? Any help is appreciated.

i have a rough country lift. Which entailed adding spacers to the top of the front struts. It was literally 3 bolts per side. The back was longer u-bolts and my kit had longer shocks to adjust.

thats not a body lift..thats just a spacer..this is a body lift..you can see the big blocks in the rear and see the big space. its 3", and no it is not real easy to do. usually takes two people and multiple hours. suspension is easier..mine this is the 3" body lift, 3" leveling kit. Putting in a 6" suspension lift this week

What you mentioned was not. I have what you said, spacers on top of my struts AND a body lift. Two different things

A suspension lift is longer shocks and coilovers that in return create more lift.

A body lift consists of hockey puck like spacers lifting the body higher off the frame of the truck.
