LOL ok I get it. All options available FOR AN XLT, not all options available for an 04-08 F150. Gotcha!

I have a 07 F150 with 152K and a 07 Expedition with 150K. Both have the 5.4 and zero, and I mean zero engine/phaser/plug issues. Changed plugs on the F150 @ 113k and the Expedition @ 145K, previous records show plugs changed at 99K on the Expedition and I developed a mis-fire, they were changed with Autolites. Went with Motorcraft Sp-515's and all is good. Oil change with Motorcraft 5W20 and Motorcraft Fl-820-s filters. My wife even has the oil weight and filter memorized when I tell her to get it at Wal-Mart...lol
