I tried searching. Got nothing but "no matches".

The 2004-2008 5.4 is rated 300hp 365fl-lbs
The 2009-2010 5.4 is rated 320hp 390ft-lbs

Are there any internal differences such as cam grindings or is this just an ECM difference to make the newer truck that much better?

Would a programmer cover this difference? I'm not really hung up on the hp thing but the extra ft-lbs would be nice.

Like you I searched for this also and came up empty handed, other than the new hp and torque specs. For the extra hp I would guess it might be a new program and slight cam change. Hopefully someone will chime in that knows more.
