light blocked coming in. You look at a tinted window from outside and you can't see in you look at the same window from the outside you can still see out. Right you lose a lot of light output but not 80%. I still recommend the clip on light covers that you can take off at night. They are tinted plastic that still allows your turn signals to be seen

No. No it does not. You are 110% wrong You can only see out because of the ambient light differential. Turn on a bright light in the car and make it dark outside and you will not see anything. If you put ANY tinted film on your headlights it attenuates the effectiveness of your headlights and makes you look retarded. No offense to the retarded.

Have the State Patrol conduct a window tint test. It is the same regardless of the orientation of the device.
