Okay so I am trying to decide which 2 way security system I would like for my truck. If you have one let me know what brand and options it has and whether you use them or not. Did yall buy the motion sensors that make the alarm go off when someone gets too close or the shock sensor that goes off if the vehicle is shook and if you don't mind let me know the price including installation or if you did it yourself and how hard it was... And how do yall like the remote start is it worth it to buy it? Thanks guys

I went with the compustar pro alarm and starter kit and I love it. It's got shock sensors so if anyone shakes the truck or tries to move it at all the alarm goes off. I also have it rigged up that once the alarm is armed if the tailgate opens or the hood the alarm will go off. Everything installed it was $600

Went with Viper 5701 with remote start. Not to fancy but gets the Job done. Only problem we had with installation was they original installer could not get the remote start to work and had to take it to a second shop to get that ironed out. the Viper is a good system.
