It come on periodically now,but at some point it will stay on for good.Mine stays on.You can clear it,but will come back on a few days later while you're driving.Does your abs still work?Mine does and i have had the abs light on for about 7months now and abs works just fine.
Dealerships sell the part for $90.00.The sensor your looking for is by your left rear axle.Let us know how it goes.Just replace the sensor yourself, very easy fix.

As for the misfire on cylinder 5....from all the research I have been doing lately, this is the most common cylinder to have a coil go bad. Might want to consider a new coil if the plugs alone don't fix it. BTW mine is in need of a coil on #2 and #5

My truck spit out a code P2106 and my abs light is on, i put a new fuel filer, cleaned the throttle body, and when i drive it shakes and hesitate when i got my foot on the gas or when i start slowing down took it to the shop and told me i needed a new throttle body so i got and they reprogramed the tps. So i drove it out the shop ten miles down the road started doing it again. Took it to the shop the next day code p2106 still comes on the did the electeonic scan and ended being something to do with the abs.but there still trying to figure it out any suggestion ou think its the speed sensor
one more thing do i have to pay for them to look at it again since they didnt fix my problem the day before i already spent 900 in one day and didnt fix it

I was getting the p2106 code after removing the fuel rail, after checking fuses scratching my head and cursing I started tracing wires. Found that my fuel pump harness( that also has ABS wiring running with it) under the drivers door behind a black cover was unplugged slightly. After pulling it apart and making sure it clicked closed my codes were gone.
