Default 2.5'' 07 F150 Leveling Kit, Buy?? YES/NO?

2.5'' Leveling Kit

Is this a good deal for my 2wd 2007 f150

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ayphotohosting

also, a shop in town quoted me 100 bucks for labor to install it. Is that reasonable?

Thanks!

thats pretty much the going rate on ebay for a leveling kit. i wouldnt pay $100 to have them installed but i can install them myself. its not too bad of a price. remember to calculate in the price of an alignment to the total cost of the mod

That is about the norm for leveling kits on ebay.

$100 seems to be reasonable for installation fees. If you can do it yourself, you could save the $100 for another mod...

they are definatly worth the price I just bought a 3" leveling kit off ebay it was the solid aluminum one and was a son of a b:tch to install, the $100 would be definatley worth it! and yes it lift up my front drastically but unfortunally when I went to get it aligned they found that I have a shot tie rod end so thats my next project.

I had a 2.5" leveling kit installed on mine prior to lifting it. I think I paid something like $185 total for the kit, install and alignment so if the $100 includes alignment then I think you're in the ballpark and I'd say go for it.

I just had a 2 inch autospring leveling kit installed on my 08 and it sits perfectly with the rear. I couldn't be happier and I believe the kit was 79.95 with free shipping I ordered it off of ebay. Be sure to go to autospringcorp.com to check it all out.
