the Gatorade bottle is always my choice, and the wider neck always helps keep it clean

I've got rockford Fosgate dual subs in mine. Sound is awesome. I want the alpines for the door speakers though

Speaker placement on those doors is terrible for enjoying higher frequencies from tweeters.
Ideally, the tweeter should be close to level with your ear. My 08 has an optional tweeter location higher on the door (above power window controls) and it made a noticeable difference when I changed the location. Even better is to install component speakers and install the tweets in the "A pillar".

I put components in mine, and put the tweeter in that same spot. I feel the same way, that it would sound a little better if it was located higher, but it's so nice and clean, and factory looking in that spot. Once you start running self tappers through your pillars, and putting a set of tweeters that just don't look like they belong there, you may as well not even bother with hiding wires, or wire loom, etc.
I can say that I have done my fair share of installs. Started out as, "hey, look at all this sweet **** I have...It's really loud. You can tell by all the neons, and crossovers, fuse blocks, capacitors, and giant wire, mounted in plain sight," to making everything completely hidden, minus the head unit, to make it look totally stock, but still have a bunch of power.
Seeing aftermarket speakers/tweeters sticking out in your face, just looks tacky to me now. But I used to do it. The stuff costed sooooo damn much back then, that you wanted the big ugly speaker grilles, with the logo on them, to stand out, to show off. Now, you can put together a really nice system, for half the cost.
OP, I would recommend a set of component speakers. There are write ups on this site, on how to make a MDF adapter, and trim the backside of the door card to make them work.
