Any difference in fitment whether i put a 33x12.50/18 or a 33x12.50/20 wheel/tire on a 4x4 with no leveling kit?

Nope. It all depends on the width and backspacing.

First you need to ask your self "are you going to be pulling anything heavy"? if so id go with a smaller wheel because when you get into the bigger or larger wheels your pulling wheight goes down... for example my truck is rated at 6600 w/17 inch wheels... i loose 500 lbs if i go to a 18 inch wheel... yes it is being technical from ford but it is just a thought if you pull anything.
