Default 12v power points

both my 12v power points and not working,the one on the dash as well as the one on the rear of the console.all the fuses check out fine and are seperate (so i am told).its a 04 lariat scab.i dont have an owners manual to figure out the fuse box,i just went through them all 1 at a time,LOL.any help guys?my owners manual is on route from an auto recycler,but in the meantime i wouldnt mind fixing it.

alot of times the constant fuse is under the hood in the fusebox. checked there yet?

mine blew out on my 06 f150. it cost bout 40 bucks for them to fix it at a dealership. i had a power cord that was plugged in and the thing broke off and there was a bit of a spark and they quit working. stupid company that made the cord said that they wernt responsible for damage cause by the use of their equipment. total bull really irritating that people put stuff out there and dont care what problems it causes.
