I'm using this for my e-fan install. What circuit does this wire feed? It looks like the instructions suggest cutting the wire but not connecting it again. That doesn't seem right. I'm going to use heat-shrink butt connectors and make sure everything is back as it was stock, but still curious what circuit this feeds.

Is this red with yellow tracer the hot with ignition, or hot with AC circuit. I have a fan kit that needs 2 power sources one hot with ignition to feed the "snap switch" that comes on at 185 degrees and off at 165. It also has a bypass to go to the AC compressor to make fans hot with AC. Which one is this circuit?

It would be a non-AC circuit, it is simply a key on power source.
