-12 wheels with true 33x12.50's?

I bought my wheels used and the owner was not certain of the sizes but I think I am -12 and they are 17s. I am running a true 33 x 12.50 as well so this should give you some idea. I rub at full lock only on the drivers side factory mud flap and with a smaller turn hitting a large bump. Nothing that is causing damage and I plan to replace the small but bulky factory flaps with something that better protects my rockers.

If you get rid of those mudflaps, it looks like you can clear some tires with a little taller sidewall.
