I had a similar issues. Ended up replacing timing chains and guides and tensioners. Also replaced cam phaser since. My 08 has 105k, I've heard that these chains stretch.

He's not asking what your tune up did. He's asking what YOU did for a tune-up, i.e. what work did you do on the truck.

I sure as hell hope I don't have to replace the 6 miles of chain on this motor. I'd hope it's the whole fuel filter issue.
