Coil Over Plug. Our trucks do not have spark plug wires because the individual coils sit on top of each plug. COP is the acronym.
There should be enough of the boot sticking out of the plug tube that you should see the color. Maybe dusty from over the years so you might have to use some carb cleaner.

COP = Coil On Plug but, you get the point. I would not recommend using carb cleaner on rubber boots. A little Windex on a rag should clean the boot enough to tell what color they are.

yep... 10/9/07 motor build date. you my friend have a challenge on your hands for your plug change. double check the boot color..

with your motor build date the plugs Ford installed are 2 piece plugs and they can break during extraction leaving a part of the plug in the head ...unless they have been changed before and the newer plug was installed... . read up on it.
