Have a '08 Supercrew 5.4...

Purchased a set of NGK plugs a year ago....spark plugs up in Canada are expensive vs. what you guys in the US pay.

Anyways, I purchased NGK # ZNAR6AGP - the double platinum plug.

Since I've already purchased it, should I just toss them in (i'll check gap).

Or should I shell out money at the dealer for Motorcraft plugs. They are $26.04/ea with tax.

So.. you bought plugs a year ago and have not installed them yet ? or have the NGK plugs been installed for a year now and you are replacing them again ? You can not order from rockauto.com or similar ?

Bought the NGK plugs a year ago, never installed them.

Any issues with the NGK plugs on the 5.4l?

I can order the Motorcraft on EBAY, comes out to be $10.23/ea.

I have never heard of anybody using NGK plugs in a 5.4 3V but, that does not mean they don't work. If it were me...I would order Motorcraft.
