The engine will shake and seem like it's going to stall when idling. It happens in parking lots or pulling in and out of the driveway. It has stalled a few times as well, usually when backing up. If I it some gas it stops and runs normal. I've had this problem a few years ago and the chains were loose and breaking the support apart. This time the dealership said a valve was stuck in the open position and had to send it to the machine shop. Three grand later and now it's worse than before I took it in. I've attached a clip of what it sounds like.
