You're saying you could beat a gt mustang if you're tires didnt break loose? You expect people to believe that with just a custom tune and an intake?

What department do you work in? I'm on the lube rack, I know it's the "lube rack" but it's part time while I'm in school. What mods would you reccomend for a 4.6?

ok since you asked and was nice about it! First off I did all the work myself but a few friends helped with a few things! I pulled the engine and basically rebuilt the whole motor with forged internals, replaced pistons and rings with aluminum pistons and moly rings! Did a port and polish as well as swaped valve spring in heads! Then installed comp cams as well as new phasers! Did the plugs as well and replaced stock coils will full MSD ignition system as well as installed new Cobra 39# injectors in preporation for boost! Disasembled transmission and installed a 2800 stall and built up internals as well as drill bigger passages for firmer shifts! Installed bigger trans pan and cooler (3 quart gain for system). Converted mechanical fan to dual Imperial Electric fans! Installed back in truck and drove about 7-10k miles then put my roush supercharger with intercooler set up in truck and intake to go with! And more stuff but Im sure you get the picture HA! Oh dyno results on all motor after build before boost was 408 hp at tires and boosted at 8psi 543 hp! My set up will hold 22psi and charger with smallest pully hits 15-18 so it good!

Picture of the Engine bay for ya to drool over lol!

I'm a Tech! MASTER in engine performance (gas) and Master transmission! And am just out of school 4 months ago! Oh and Im only 20 yrs old! Best thing to do to a 4.6 for cheap is Intake, exhaust, and programer! More air in, more air out and fuel adjustments for more use of that pedal on the right!

When does racing a 4wd truck matter? The 3 valves are pooches. It tows my trailer nice now with an edge and I'd def always own a for truck but they aren't made to go fast unless you supercharge etc, just my .02. Back in high school everyone had to brag about their trucks. Oh my Chevy this and my Chevy is faster than yours. IMO a truck is meant to drive from point a to point b with varying terrain, hauling loads, etc. if you want to go a little faster get a mustang. If you want to hit 200 and actually go fast and have something to talk about get a crotch rocket. Sorry if this comes off blunt not trying to be rude just how I feel.

I get where your coming from! I have a mustang as well actually and tow my 24' enclosed trailer with the quads and car in it! My truck is far from a race truck! I take her to the Silver lake sand dunes and many trails! She gets dirty! Also live on a farm and its been about everywhere! Its a fun truck and will pull anything i put behind her!

Picture of my 2011 24; car hauler and My Elanor Clone 2008 mustang thats built up and supercharged as well next to my neighbors Truck/business SNAP-ON!!!
