I am buying a almost new standard f150 radio because my CD went out on mine. Keeps saying "initalizing" when I try to load CD. Anyway, the one I am buying is satellite ready and here is the part number. Also I want to buy a Sirus satellite tuner module for an 07 and here is it's part number.

Question is this all I need, besides a subscription to Sirus, to get my satellite radio working on my f150 07 truck? Thanks

Sirus Satellite module number - 8L3T-18C963-AC

These will work together, correct?

Why would you need a Module if the head unit is sat ready ???

That will need the SAT antenna also.. the little black dot on the roof.

That is exactly why I posted here, because I don't know anything about what the "pieces" do. So sounds like I don't need the module, just and satellite antenna....right? Thanks for the info....
