ill have to look into it. Currently at work so cant check at the moment but will when i get the opportunity. Whats the 2nd possible problem?

Did you test the lines on BOTH sides of the solenoid? I. E. to the engine AND to the hubs?

i tested only to the left hub back to the solenoid. I thought about testing the passenger hub and then maybe using a hand pump to test from the farthest check valve closes to the motor. i would assume that would tell me the 4wd vac system as a whole.
