Big-Bars

Trying to diagnos this issue, have a miss on #5 cylinder, so ran the test and found I have no signal to the cop, I have 12 volts on the red but the green/yellow wire I dont get a blinking light when cranking motor over, so I traced with back to pcm by firewall and spliced into it still no signal, what is the next step now that I eliminated the wire from pcm to cop. Here a pic of were I spliced into it.
