my 04 FX4 looks like it had an issue on the right side, there is a permanent stain in the tint from where water ran down the window, it might have been getting in around the 3rd brake light above the cab but i have tested and no leaks now, previous owner must have fixed. Now, I have that tint on my to do list!

Do a search on the boards here, i think there was an issue with the gasket around the 3rd brake light on the 04-06 models.

I had the same problem on my 04 Screw. Was really bad when I took it to the car wash! haha It was coming from the third brake light. I took it to the dealer and they put a new seal under it and the problem went away.

As stated the 3rd brake light is a major culprit but not the only one. The slider window could also leak.
