i drive on a gravel road alot, so they might last a little longer. seems to me that pavement eats tires more. i have the bfg at on now and they seem to wear quickly till about the 1/2 way mark and then they last. i might look into the mickey thompson's.

Do you have a 2WD or 4WD? With a 2WD then 33's are the max you can go with just a leveling kit, with a 4WD you can go up to 35's. Although that's a pretty wide wheel I think you'd have some rubbing issues with it no matter what you have. What kind of backspacing is on those wheels?

OK I do not know everything but I hav a4x2 with a leveling kit and 285 75 17 BFG At and they look and fit great. I could have possibly went to 305 65 17 but I was told by many they would rub and the 285's were a little taller.

Question for you....how did you get those wheels on your truck. I had 2 different dealers tell me that the Helo Maxx 6 didn't have the bolt pattern to fit the 05 f150. Any suggestions???? i kinda have to have that wheel (20" chrome) on 37" mud grapplers.
