Have you checked your local boneyards? Most of the bigger ones have a "hotline" that they can call out on if they do not have the part. They can locate it from other yards and have it shipped in.
I'm guessing you already called your local Ford parts department....sticker shock?
There are several Ford parts places that sell for less (good discounts). I posted three of them awhile back.
