Default 06 Lariat Drastic Mileage Drop

Hey guys in the last week my f150 has had a drastic drop in MPG from what it says. I am not driving any different than I ever have. It has dropped about 4 miles. Let me know if you guys know anything

What kind of maintenance have you done in the last year or two?

The parking brake could be stuck. That's common for our trucks.
If you have 4wd, the vac system could be open, allowing one or both of the front hubs to stay engaged.
Plugs/coils could be going bad.
Air/fuel filter could be clogged.
There's a lot of things really. Like corey_lax said, knowing more about your truck and what you've done would be helpful.

Well since your question is very vague, my guess is a hole in your gas tank.

But really, what all have you checked? Spark plugs? COP's? MAF? HElp us out a little here.
