Default 06 F250 4x4 5.4 Oil pan removal and oil pressure gauge

About to start the timing system overhaul but wanted to check the oil pressure first. It seems like there's 2 ways: use one of the adapters at the oil filter or insert another fitting at the oil pressure sender that allows for an electrical or fluid gauge to be connected.

The oil filter adapter seems alot easier but I was wondering if it provides an accurate reading. Anyone know?

Second, what steps are needed to get the oil pan off on a 4x4? I want to check the pan for timing part debris.

On the contrary ... It is my mistake, but a different mistake. It is an F250, I just posted on the wrong forum. I've been reading here a lot regarding the phaser & timing tensioner/guide/chain problem with the 5.4L and accidentally posted here about the oil pan.

The oil pressure gauge is still relevant, though. I did buy the oil filter adapter so I can measure pressure accurately before I start the phaser fix.
