06 F150 Headlights not turning on.
I'm running out of ideas. One minute my headlights worked great. Then the next time I went to turn them on... nothing! Highs or lows. I have aftermarket HIDs but I disconnected them and put a stock bulb in to see if the issue was with the aftermarket parts but the stock bulb didn't work either. I checked every related fuse. None are blown. I need help.

Probably that box under the dash (Headlight sensor box). My grandparents had it recalled in their crown vic. Similar symptoms
Make sure you make them check it first, because it was like a 700 dollar part then Ford sent my grandparents a check saying sorry this was recalled heres your money back.

Like Lewis said, see if you are getting power to your bulbs. If not, then I'd probably look at the switch next. If it's intermittent doesn't seem like a broken wire. Make sure all your connections are tight too. Good luck.

I checked for power at the plug, I have nothing. I checked all the fuses none are blown. It isn't intermittent its all the time. And I checked on the recall and he said that that is on the crown vics. Not the F150

Here's the wiring diagram on the headlights... So check F35, F25, and F23 (but you mentioned no burned fuses). I don't think F40 or F6 would be out otherwise I'd think you'd lose other features (instrument cluster, etc).
The fact that both low and high are out though (as high beams use F35), I would be checking your switch like Lewissa said, and your multifunction switch (high/low).
If your park lights are working, it might be your low/high switch (did it get unplugged)? If you unplug that or something fails in it, you should lose both low's and high's.
I've provided diagrams for both the multifunction switch that controls low/high, and the headlamp switch.

Bad ground connection in my headlight socket. Got a new one for around $50 at the dealership since they gave me a repair quote for $189 which is insane.
