Fuse 14 is used for the following circuits, they would also need to be checked for a potential short:

Back-up lamp and Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) relay coil, A/C pressure switch, Redundant speed control switch, Heated PCV (5.4L), Trailer tow back-up lamps relay coil, ABS, Reverse park aid, EC mirror, Navigation radio (reverse input)

Are you running the defrost in the morning? If so, the defrost operates the A/C compressor to assist in removing moisture from the air directed towards the windshield when in defrost mode, and fuse 14 is also protecting the A/C pressure switch.

Since you know you have a water leak, pull the fuse block off and check the back for signs of water.

I'll do that as well, it didn't look like the water even got close to it though..

So i was driving home yesterday, and it randomly popped again no defrost or anything just a cold start

im going to also try to find the PCV heater and unplug it

After reading your other post that describes your cruise kicking off when you use your turn signals, I'm going to say that both of these are related. The cruise will deactivate when it detects voltage in the brake circuit. Somehow, you have a short from the turn signal circuit and brake light circuit. These two tie to the same bulb filiment in the back taillamps (brake light and turn signal lamps are the same filiment in the bulb at the rear tail lamps). Remove each taillamp assembly, remove the bulbs, check the sockets, then replace the bulbs with new ones for good measure.
