Has anyone had problems with their air recirculator not working? On the dash it shows that it is on but it still sucks in the outside air so you smell everyone's exhaust and cigarette smoke. The air conditioner also doesn't cool down very much and when you turn on the truck little leaves from a mesquite tree blow thru the vents into the cab. Ford says there is nothing wrong but this is ridiculous and shouldn't happen. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this?

sounds like your ac has a leak or something. find another reputable shop and have them take a look at it? do you know if they tested your ac's for leaks?
