05 Supercrew aftermarket alarm install
Installing a Clifford Matrix 1 into a 2005 f150 supercrew xlt. Got everything working except door locks.
Wiring diagram on says: "Power Unlock pink/lt. green - DKP or BCM, green plug, pin 1" and Power Lock pink/yellow - DKP or BCM, green plug, pin 9
I have two wires for door locks on the brain, blue which is (-) Unlock, (+) Lock and green which is (-) Lock, (+) Unlock.
I found the green plug in the DKP, pin 1 is pink/lt. green but the pink/yellow is pin 3 not pin 9. Pin 9 is a black wire.
I tried hooking up the green from my alarm to the pink/yellow and hooked up the blue to the pink/lt green. Door locks didn't work.
Are the 05 f150's a type B or type C door lock system? In researching this problem, I've come across different information stating both. Anybody who has successfully hooked up door locks in an 05 f150 i'd greatly appreciate some advice!
